Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and support them in using our VAT solutions

  • Help onboard new customers and ensure they understand our processes

  • Support with account management, issue resolution, and customer queries

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth client experience

  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Your profile

  • First experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus

  • Strong communication skills in German & English (other languages are a plus, but not required)

  • Interest in e-commerce, SaaS, or tax technology

  • Structured way of working and a proactive problem-solving attitude

  • Team player with motivation to grow in a scale-up environment
